1989 I join JW Marriott hotel Hong Kong as an Indian chef then become room service cook (a) transferred to head butcher senior cook chef de parties B.B.Q CHEF, Saucier Chef. THEN SUPERVISOR-(a) Sous CHEF up to 1994.
1994 I open MY OWNED RESTAURANT OPEN GRILL AND ALI BABA AND MEDITERRANEAN DELIGHT UP TO 1997.
1997 I JONIE as an executive SOUS CHEF ITALIAN RESTAURANT Alfred dales happy valley assistant to chef Roland sourlla one off the best chef in the world up 1999.
1999 work with Mr. Arthur leung as part time at chili club Yuen long 1999.
